A domestic (USA) order is not declared lost or not delivered until 15 business days have passed from the original shipping date. After 15 business days, please click Contact or email us at info@perpetualstraps.com and we will then take the necessary actions to resolve any issues pertaining to shipments that have not reached their intended destination.
We strive to offer expedited shipping services at the best possible rates. All quotes are calculated by the selected shipping courier with no fees or charges added by us. You will only pay the true cost of shipping with Perpetual Straps!
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Perpetual Straps does not issue refunds pertaining to any shipping charges as this expense is paid directly by the purchaser to the courier (USPS, UPS, and DHL).

All of our international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
