Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated by and paid directly to the courier.
Q: Do you ship to my country? If so, how much is shipping?
We ship internationally to over 100 destinations. Please review the drop down menu in the checkout section of our website to determine if delivery is available to your country. You will receive an exact shipping quote during checkout by adding your complete address information.

Q: Does my strap purchase include spring bars and/or an installation tool?
Spring bars and/or an installation tool are not included with any strap purchase. Our straps are designed to be used with the factory spring bars that are included with the original band. Please click on the Accessories tab to order tools and more.
